Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorklogMate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WorklogMate is a web application that reads your time tracking entries and creates worklogs in your project management system on your behalf. The Service acts as an intermediary and does not store the content of your time entries or Jira issues.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Toggl Track and Atlassian Jira/Tempo. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or terms that may affect the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or missed work logs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. GDPR and Data Protection Compliance
WorklogMate complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and other applicable data protection laws. We process your data only with a lawful basis: (1) your explicit consent (to connect services), (2) legitimate interest (to provide the Service), or (3) legal obligation (tax, fraud prevention). You can withdraw consent or exercise your rights at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on your rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
